Stephen Godding has over 35 years of experience in advising individuals and employers in all types of employment law advice and in the resolution of employment disputes both before applicable tribunals and the Courts in both NSW and Queensland. He has been involved in advising on broad variety of employee incentive schemes applicable to employees of listed and unlisted companies including start up enterprises.
Stephen Godding has advised individuals, employers, industry and SMSF superannuation fund trustees on superannuation matters over many years including the drafting and interpretation of trust deeds and applicable legislation, resolution of death benefit claims and other disputes as well as he establishment of trusts for minor beneficiaries in regard to death benefits. He has advised individuals, families and executors on estate planning issues including complex will drafting and memoranda of wishes in relation to wills and discretionary trusts. Advice to private clients is provided on a discrete and confidential basis.
