Troy Houghton has joined the Firm as Special Counsel.
Troy has over 15 years of experience as a Barrister and, more recently, as a Solicitor, in acting for a wide range of clients in regard to the conduct of Commercial Litigation generally, with particular focus on insolvency, intellectual property and franchisee disputes and mediations.
Troy Houghton has qualified legal experience in the following areas of law:
- Commercial Litigation;
- Insolvency;
- Intellectual Property Litigation;
- Franchise or Franchisee Litigation; and
- Franchise Mediation.
The involvement of Troy has given the Firm a broader base from which, we believe our clients can benefit.
